After receiving your request, we will respond with the acknowledgment of your request, as well as an approximate time and cost of the repair. 

All work is performed accurately and professionally. All work is guaranteed for a period of six (6) months to be free of defects in workmanship provided the problem is directly related to the repair service for the original defect. I will attempt to satisfy any problem to the satisfaction of the customer either by re-repairing the item or a refund of the original repair charge.
